  I cannot tell you if the food is good, I can tell you the reason I never found out is because I stood first in line to order and nobody was there to take my oder. I asked a young man who came near the register and he said the person would be back in a minute. As the line continued to grow I watched as someone took an order from a ringing phone while I stood for ten minutes and no customer service. The man behind me had called in an order and was clearly getting impatient. I am all for beach time but this was ridiculous. Clearly the place needs a manager and some direction. I finally left as nobody was coming to take my order. Very disappointing experience. Don't waste your time.

  Waste of time going here. Always out of rolls, tomatoes or something else. You would think in a tourist location you would order rolls accordingly. Pretty bad that a sub shop runs out of rolls. Staff acts like it's their first day on the job. I have been there twice in the past 3 weeks and it's always same. Can't take orders and make subs at the same time. Poor management. Want a good hoagie, go to Taste of South Philly
